What is a category B+ license?

This includes fire trucks of large size as well as cement mixers and delivery trucks. In general, these trucks carry a a maximum load of 85,000 pounds.
To obtain a category B+ copyright you must pass a driving test for vehicles in category B with a trailer whose maximum authorised mass is not more than 3,500 kilograms. This is required for Norway and EEA member states, with the exception of Denmark.
If you pass the driver's examination in a category B vehicle prior to 19th January 2013, your copyright will be automatically upgraded to include the full category B+E eligibility. You'll still need to pass a separate test under subcategories C1+E or D1+E to drive any vehicle that is larger than the category B vehicle. This includes vehicles that have a towed vehicle or passenger.
Where can I get a category B+ licence?
If you are a holder of a category B copyright and have a category B driving licence, you can drive motor vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes in mass. This includes trailers that weigh that weigh up to 750kg. You can also drive a vehicle and trailer combination with a MAM that is up to 8,250 kg as long as the combined MAM does not exceed 12,000 kg.
